These terms apply to your use of mtbaldylodge.com, run by Mt Baldy Lodge ("we," "us"). By using the site, filling out a form, or signing up for our texts or emails, you agree to them.

1. Using our website

Use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't try to break it, copy it wholesale, scrape it, or send us spam or harmful code. Give accurate information on our forms.

2. Information on the site

Hours, menus, prices, events, lineups and availability can change without notice, especially with mountain weather. We try to keep the site accurate but can't guarantee it. Call or email us to confirm before you make the trip.

3. Bookings and purchases

Cabin reservations are also covered by our Cabin Reservation Terms. Some bookings, gift cards and other purchases are handled by outside providers. Their own terms, payment rules and refund policies apply to those purchases. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid ID.

4. Text message program

• What it is: Mt Baldy Lodge texts. If you opt in, we send inquiry replies, reservation and event details, and, if you chose marketing texts, offers and event news.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one confirmation and then stop. To rejoin, opt in again on our site or reply START.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact [email protected] or (909) 982-1115.
• Not required: agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: how we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy. We never share text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

5. Emails

If you sign up for emails, you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.

6. Our content

The site's text, photos, logos, videos and design belong to Mt Baldy Lodge or its licensors. You may share links and view the site for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as booking and ordering pages. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will always be available or error free.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mt Baldy Lodge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $100. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us arises from your misuse of the site or breaking these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts for Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
