before you go
We want you, and the folks who stay after you, to have a great time. Here's the short version of our house rules.
Check in 4 PM, out 11 AM
Check-in is 4 to 8:30 PM. No early check-ins or late check-outs. Arriving late? Email us ahead and we'll leave your key under the mat.
Pets welcome in the cabins
Pets can stay in your cabin for a $200 fee, but not on the rest of the property. Tell us when you book. Service dogs are welcome; just let us know.
Bring your own firewood
We don't sell firewood and there's none for sale up here. Grab small pieces at a market before the hill. No pressed logs, and no fires on hot or windy days.
Bears live here too
Never leave food in your car or outside your cabin. Bears open car doors. Bring your ice chest inside and lock up.
No smoking, no grills
No smoking of any kind in the cabins, and no stoves, barbecues or gas lanterns anywhere on the property. A $200 minimum fee applies for smoking, damage or a big mess.
Keep it to your party
Small cabins hold 2, large cabins hold 4. Extra guests or loud partying means we'll ask you to leave without a refund.
Ski all day,
sleep in the village
Mt Baldy Resort is 4.8 miles up the road, about a 10 minute drive. Ride the lifts, hike the Devil's Backbone or catch the sunset from the Notch, then come back down for dinner, a drink by the fire and a quiet night in your cabin.
